Sports and Fitness has been my in my life since when I was a child. I started swimming training when I was seven years old and from that moment I realise what I wanted to do for my entire life. Sports , body movements, how the body works with the nutrition we use was that time a big dream for me to discover more and more. Throughout my teenage years I also play football, basketball, volleyball, run, cycling and eventually at 15yo was my first time I entered the gym to lift weights. 

I experience my own transformation at first from a very skinny person to the person I always wanted to be and to do that I entered the University of Physical Education in Brazil (Sports Science) to learn how to transform my body and that was the beginning of a life time purpose of helping people to achieve their fitness goals with a deeper understand on the underline matter of "how people feel" when they achieve what they wanted and "how the live their lives" from the moment they achieve their goals or If I could say , their "dream body". 

Fast forward to today, we all understand that to change and improve our health and fitness condition we need to look after 4 main areas of our life which I called the 4 Pillars of a Body Transformation : Training , Nutrition, Recovery, Stress Management. 

This four factors can and will affect the quality of your life positively and/or negatively accordantly with our actions. That is the life work purpose of mine, to help and guide people to do the best they can to improve the quality of their lives and eventually achieving an amazing health and fitness condition, feeling great and looking amazing every day of their lives. 

I have been fortunate to travel the world to work and help hundreds of clients. Currently with the power of the internet, I'm able to work and connect with clients around the world to help them not only to transform their bodies but to improve the quality of their lives.
